Performance Tables

The following information has been taken from the UK Government's website to help you better understand the performance tables.

What is a Progress 8 score?

The academic progress that pupils make from the end of key stage 2 to the end of key stage 4. This is based on 8 qualifications. The branding for this school is 'above average' because the score is greater than 0 but lower than 0.5, and the entire confidence interval is above 0.

What is Attainment 8?

Schools get a score based on how well pupils have performed in up to 8 qualifications.

What is 'Entering ... EBacc'?

A pupil is considered to have entered for the English Baccalaureate if they entered for the qualification in English, maths, sciences, a language and either History or Geography. This is a measure used to provide information about a particular range of qualifications.
